對象：不限領域在讀大三學生或研究生
條件：願意在日本實習至少兩個月
福利：除了海外實習機會，獲選者還會獲得24萬日元（約8萬台幣）的生活費補助。
公司提供實習期間日本住宿，通勤費用以及海外旅行意外傷害保險等。

Job Description
Sony VAIO Global CS Department is looking for a Customer Service Intern and full –time employment after graduation is positive.
The department is responsible for global customer services for VAIO personal computer in terms of its policy, strategy and operation. In particular, it provides VAIO CS relatives in the world with CS direction as well as a back-yard support for call support and repair service operations (product information, engineering support, spare parts supply, IT infrastructure support and so on so forth).
[Pre-sales Service Readiness for new product]
1. CS policy decision/
2. Spare parts assignment/
3. Product & engineering information documentation/
4. Spare part procurement
[Post-sales Service support]
1. Engineering change information/
2. Spare part procurement
[Service partner accounts management]
1. Performance review & improvement/
2. Communication & negotiation
Requirement Skill
-Communication skill in English and Chinese
-Any knowledge and skills be needed to do this job
-An open mind, and willing to consider in a customer’s way
